I just sold 32796 Amarylis Ave, Barstow, CA 92311.
The sale was possible because of two strategies that I use with all of my listings that few other agents incorporate into their marketing programs.
- I attend every showing of my listing’s.
- I produce a “Video Tour” of each of my listings and host it on my YouTube Channel and my dedicated website (www.hectorandassociates.net).
Why do I believe in the power of the walkthrough video?
In early December 2017, I had a showing of a listing in Spring Valley Lake, the house had a second master suite in the lower level of the home; both features that the potential buyers were looking for. The house didn’t fill their needs and it was about 55 minutes from the husbands work in San Bernardino.
I suggested that they consider a house in Fontana. They informed me that they had looked at several on Zillow and it didn’t fit their needs. I gave them my card and suggested they watch the video on my website.
The next they, they called me for a walkthrough video showing off a house I had video recorded for a long-distance client.
We signed a contract to purchase and they moved in 24 days later.
If I had not had a video that they could view on my website or/and YouTube the house would not have sold.
With increasing aging of the Baby Boomers, selling big homes is going to become more and more difficult; your agent is going to have to be a marketer and a salesperson as well as a listing agent.
